Galax Downtown Grows is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on revitalizing and re-energizing the heart of our community through education, events, special projects, and community engagement. 

Our Mission is to further strengthen and grow downtown Galax as an authentic Appalachian destination and vibrant community for residents.

• Marketing materials and mileage to regional meetings and businesses to recruit investors and businesses.
• Public improvement projects like murals, benches, and bike racks.
• Matching funds for grants to double or triple the impact.
